What is Ayurveda?
The word Ayurveda originates from two sanskrit words; Ayur meaning "life" & Veda or Vedic meaning "knowledge" or "science." Translation into english brings us Life Science, or Life Knowledge. The word for health of perfect health is svasthsa which means "established in the self." Ayurveda helps bring us awareness of our personal Dharma, or life purpose.
