Nadene Reichert, MFT-A
Nadene is a client-centered therapist, specializing in the healing and repair of distressed relationships by creating a safe and nonjudgmental environment that focuses upon the experience of the individual or couple in the present moment, where trust and hope are created. A couples relationship, the therapist–client relationship, the environmental and social contexts of a person's life, and the self-regulating adjustments people make as a result of their overall situation are vital keys to successful therapeutic outcomes that last outside of the therapy room.
Her therapy weaves together a spiritual and contemplative foundation with traditional and nontraditional therapeutic methodology. She believes in therapy as the process of a person's unfolding the innate wisdom they hold within them as the key to their healing and growth as individuals and couples. Her role in the therapeutic process is a combination of guide and collaborator in your journey towards well-being and integrating mind, body, and spirit towards improving mental health.
When it comes to couple’s therapy, her role is both a therapist as well as an educator helping people understand what healthy relationships are and how to cultivate them. She helps couples recognize the dynamics that keep them emotionally distant, identify and articulate the needs and fears fueling their dynamics, learn to listen and be there for each other in the ways they each need, and ultimately feel more connected. Couples usually have different perspectives on their relationship. She strives to understand and support both of you.
Nadene studied in two separate yet connected masters programs, Applied Behavioral Science through the Leadership Institute of Seattle (LIOS), and Marriage and Family Therapy through Alaska Pacific University. She has specific training in Family Systems Counseling, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Co-Parenting, Appreciative Inquiry, and Family Constellations. She especially enjoys working with Sensorimotor (body oriented) Therapy, positive psychology, experiential and mindfulness work. Additionally, she has enjoyed working with and learning from many eastern philosophy and nontraditional healers outside of the US.

Jule blends Cognitive Behavioral modalities with ancient wisdom from Ayurveda and Yoga. Integrative Counseling incorporates talk therapy, diet, herbs, lifestyle, aromatherapy, yoga & meditation techniques to facilitate deep healing for the body, mind, and spirit.
When there is struggle or suffering in the mind, it affects our emotions, our bodies, our lives, and those around us. We then often act or exist in a way that causes more pain, dissatisfaction, and unhappiness. We get caught in a cycle of suffering that can become hard to break. Afflictions and suffering in the mind can be a great tool for self-discovery, growth, or spiritual realization. Oftentimes they are great catalysts for change. Sometimes we need help and don't know where or how to start this process. Integrative Counseling can help you work through many life challenges.
