YOGA CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Build strength and fluidity in this all-levels vinyasa class. Equal emphasis will be placed on breath and alignment, as you flow from one movement to the next to the pace of your own breath. Each class will include pranayama, a warming practice, and strengthening postures.
This all-levels class is designed for those who feel stressed, have injuries, or beginners wanting to ease into the practice of yoga. The term gentle means finding your yoga poses with ease, which does not necessarily mean easy. Modifications are provided and props are utilized so each practitioner can find their perfect posture.
Gentle Yoga Basics
This class is designed to introduce foundational yoga concepts for those with injuries, stress or beginners wanting to ease into the practice of Yoga. Classes will be anatomy based; stressing posture and finding core strength. The term gentle means finding your yoga poses with ease and does not necessarily mean easy. Each student will be asked to find individual ease in poses (called asana) then access core strength.
Vinyasa Flow Basics
An intro class to Vinyasa Yoga. A great way to start with vinyasa and different flow classes. For beginners or even advanced practitioners that want to take their practice to a more detailed level. We will be covering a lot of alignment issues that are specific to vinyasa type classes and explanations for why certain poses are practiced in the orders we do them. Basic pranayama (breath control practices) are also introduced.
Bring your focus inward with this all-levels soulful class. Detailed instruction will allow you to pin point the effects of each posture from the tip of your toes to the crown of your head. Modifications are provided and props are utilized so each practitioner can find their perfect posture. An equal amount of emphasis will be placed on relaxation and strength building.
Warmth, candlelight, and brainwave music creates the ample environment for relaxation. In restorative yoga, props are strategically placed for muscular release, inducing a sense of calm throughout the body. Your mind will reset as you allow your body and mind renew, while you rest. This is an all levels class and is great for those suffering from insomnia, stress, or fatigue.
This class meets the needs of beginners and practiced mediators alike. Brief, gentle movements will prepare the body for restorative postures and breath work, coupled with guided meditation. This class will help you build your meditation practice or inspire an established meditation practice. You will leave this class feeling centered and refreshed.
This is an all levels, gentle, mindfulness based class designed for Military Veterans!
Viniyoga™ is a comprehensive and authentic transmission of the teachings of yoga including āsana, prāṇāyāma, bandha, sound, chanting, meditation, personal ritual and study of texts. Viniyoga (prefixes viand ni plus yoga) is an ancient Sanskrit term that implies differentiation, adaptation, and appropriate application.

Warm your muscles and safely reach new levels of personal flexibility, strength, and balance in this all levels heated class. Couple your breath and movement as you flow from one posture to the next to some sweet tunes! Each class will include a pranayama practice, sun salutations, and strengthening postures. The temperature is set to 80+.
An excellent complement to your yang/strength yoga practice! With the support of props, Yin yoga targets deep connective tissue and facia, allowing deeper access to the body. Postures are held as you hold postures for 3-5 minutes. all to the soothing sound of calming music. This class is a stress buster, you will leave this class feeling rejuvenated.
Yoga for Strength
This all-levels class begins with vinyasa flows to warm the body, followed by strength building postures held for 3-5 breaths, core strength is emphasized and weights may be utilized. Learn fun, and interesting postures as you move with your breath to lively music. This class pairs perfectly with your day-to-day yoga practice. All levels are welcome.
Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep is a guided relaxation class. Following the cues of the instructor, students will bring themselves on a journey towards the brink of sleep as you calm your mind and your body. This class is excellent if you are feeling stress, fatigued, or suffer from insomnia.
Start your day off right with this multi-style class of invigorating breath work, accessible sun salutations & yin-style deep stretch.This all-levels class will energize your day & everyone is welcome. Modifications will be offered and props are available so each participant can find their perfect posture.
